For Begining and Advanced Students!

The content of each session will depend on the needs and interests of the participants. In each art worshop, sculptors will choose their favorite materials: it can be clay, soft wood, or hard stone. The diversity of the materials during the same workshops is very educational for the other participants. You will have the opportunity to choose stone coming from Europe (all colors...) and clay from the south of France (such as the famous clay from Vallauris). If you choose carving stone, we will propose that you work only by hand, in the most traditional way. It is important that you explore your own area of interest in sculpture. Our workshops are designed for both, beginners and advanced sculptors. Workshops are being held in English, Italian or French since participants with, different languages will be present. It really is an International workshop!

The workshop founder and instructor, Nicole Durand, half Italian and French, teaches all year long, in a school of fine art in Lugano (Switzerland) next to Monaco. She is also well known for teaching art therapy in a school of psychotherapyin Nice for many years. Nicole Durand is also a world renowned artist.
